This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the rooms were incredibly spacious and well-equipped. I was pleasantly surprised to find a full-sized fridge and a washer/dryer, allowing me to travel lighter and save on laundry costs. The attention to detail was impressive, with cute toiletries available in the bathroom, including a dental kit and shaving kit. The pillows and mattress were super comfortable, ensuring a relaxing night of sleep. The staff also went above and beyond to provide excellent service, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Additionally, the hotel's central location was a huge plus, with convenient access to the vibrant parque district. this hotel offered great value for money with its superb amenities, attention to detail, and prime location.

While there were a few minor issues, such as a broken room shade and slightly scratchy sheets, the overall experience was satisfactory.

The hotel is situated in an interesting part of town, but it's a long walk to the nearest metro. the rooms are well equipped with a full-sized fridge, washer and dryer, and cute toiletries in the bathroom. Staff was helpful, and there was coffee service in the mornings.

The housekeeping left a lot to be desired, with some guests reporting dirty floors and unmade beds.

Additionally, the location around the parque district was ideal, with easy access to transportation and numerous attractions nearby. Lastly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The comfortable pillows and mattresses, along with the thoughtful touches like essential oil sprays for a relaxing night's sleep, made me feel like I was staying in a higher-end hotel.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was exceptional and I couldn't find any fault whatsoever.

From the up to date equipment in the galley kitchen to the large refrigerator and washer/dryer in the unit, everything was thoughtfully designed for the convenience of the guests. The location around the parque district was a great choice as it offered a vibrant and lively atmosphere. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Nicely equipped rooms with a washer and dryer and complimentary coffee on every floor. Centrally located near multiple restaurants and shops, as well as plenty of other dining options within walking distance. the included breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel.

The neighborhood is not the safest and could be intimidating for some. The lack of environmental initiatives was also disappointing, as towels were automatically replaced daily despite my attempts to conserve water.

The bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries, and the shower was large with good quality towels. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the added touch of the essential oil spray for a relaxing night's sleep. The hotel even provided a digital alarm clock, a safe, and a convection stove. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and I received my invoice promptly via email. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent room amenities.

While the address was a bit misleading, it didn't bother me personally. Additionally, there was only one lift available, which could be inconvenient at times.
